Yummy!

Today, Alexandra took some of the beans home and made a delicious plate with a mixture of beans, zucchini, mushrooms and noodles! Talk about making the best use of organically grown crops! This picture shows the finished product for all of the hard work from planting the seeds, managing them, harvesting them and then cleaning them just to get it to the table. We can't wait to taste all of the other delicious vegetables!
