Sowing Seeds

The varieties of greens we chose to plant included Tropicana, Coastal Star, and Butterhead lettuce. We also planted arugula. We decided to direct seed the greens. We were very glad to complete the direct-seeding this week because time is of the essence. We are hoping to enjoy lots of delicious leafy greens by the end of this semester.
