Growing Greens

We direct seeded leafy greens this week. We were extremely excited to finally plant something in our last empty part of our plot. We have some sunflowers beginning to sprout up on one end of the drip lines as well. We don’t know if these sunflowers will have time to fully develop by the end of the semester, but have decided to leave them in to see what will happen. We are hoping many of our seeds will germinate.
